The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for the use of all services provided by LS ITC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and its members, and other necessary matters.
1. Effect of Terms and Changes
1) These Terms shall take effect by posting on the Company's homepage or service screen.
2) The Company may change these Terms if necessary to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and the changed Terms will be notified through the Company's homepage.
3) If a member does not agree to the changed terms, he/she may request to withdraw from membership, and if he/she continues to use the service, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.
2. Definition of Terms
The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows.
1) "Member" refers to a person who accesses the Company's services, agrees to these Terms, and enters into a use agreement with the Company.
2) "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the Member and approved by the Company to identify the Member and use the Service.
3) "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member for information protection and identification.
3. Conclusion of Service Use Agreement
1) The user applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Company, and the use contract is concluded by the Company's acceptance.
2) The Company may reject the application or reserve approval if any of the following items apply.
- If you use a name other than your real name or the name of another person
- If you provide false information
- If the Company determines that the use is inappropriate in accordance with other Company policies.
4. Obligations of Members
1) The Member shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the User Guide, and the precautions notified in connection with the Service.
2) Members shall not engage in any of the following acts.
- Stealing other people's information or registering false information
- Intentionally interfere with the Company's service operation
- Acts that violate public order and morals, such as posting obscene material
- Acts that infringe on the Company's intellectual property rights and other rights
5. Company's Obligations
1) The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations and endeavors to provide stable services continuously.
2) The Company shall do its best to protect personal information so that members can use the service safely.
3) The Company shall not provide the member's information acquired in connection with the provision of the Service to a third party without the consent of the member (except in the case of laws and regulations).
6. Use and Restrictions of the Service
1) The Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, exceptions are made for regular maintenance, system improvement, or unavoidable reasons.
2) The Company may suspend the provision of the Service in the following cases.
- Due to facility inspection, maintenance, or construction
- When unavoidable due to service failure or system overload, etc.
- In the event of causes beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, power outages, etc.
7. Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use
1) The member may terminate the service use contract at any time, and the company will process it immediately.
2) The company may restrict the use of the service or terminate the contract without prior notice if the member violates the terms and conditions or falls under any of the following items.
- Stealing the personal information of others
- If the Service is used for fraudulent purposes
- Infringement of the rights of the Company or a third party is evident.
8. Disclaimer
1) The Company shall not be liable for any service failure caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
2) The Company shall not be liable for any failure to use the Service due to reasons attributable to the Member.
3) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information or materials obtained by the Member through the Service.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and if a lawsuit is filed for any dispute between the Company and the Member in connection with the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Addendum
These Terms shall be effective from June 5, 2025. If there is any revision of the Terms, the Company will notify in advance through the homepage.
